Germany 5€ / Free shipping for orders over 200€
EU* 15€ / Free shipping for orders over 300€
International minimum 25€
*Shipping zones determined by UPS or DHL.
Note: As your parcel is processed through customs, you may be charged for import duties, taxes and handling fees. Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country so unfortunately we can’t estimate these charges or take responsibility for the cost.
Special service on your own products
The products of your own wardrobe are designed and after a feedback of you we work on it. If something doesn’t work for you, we give you 1 instance more to give them back and we fix it (fits only and small changes).
The price is sending by e-mail and when you do the first 50% payment we start working on. Once we finish you send the next 50% payment and we send you the item.
The customer is the responsable of the shippings payments.
// Faulty Items
We take care to check every piece before wrapping and sending to you but if you find one of your items is faulty please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to repair the garment or offer a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, it could be due to some processing time needed before a refund is received into your account. If we have notified you that your refund has been processed but you still have not received your refund, please contact us at (azulballestero@gmail.com).
