Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at azulballestero@gmail.com with your order details and a clear request for return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at azulballestero@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Custom-made or personalized products

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Personalized Services and Product Alterations

We offer optional personalized services to adapt garments to your needs, such as fitting adjustments, length modifications, or other minor alterations.

Personalized services are offered at an additional cost and are not included in the original product price.
Pricing for requested alterations will be communicated via email prior to starting the work.

Items that have been:

  • Altered through our personalization service, or

  • Modified externally by a third party

are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

For personalized services:

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin the work

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid once the alterations are completed and before shipment

  • All shipping costs related to personalized services are the responsibility of the customer
